How and where you purchased your software product will determine where the "Product Serial Number" can be found.

If you purchased your product as a download online from the Element5 system and downloaded it directly into your computer from the Internet. Your "Product Serial Number" is the Element5 reference number (Element 5 Ref. No. =) found on all of the communications you received from Element5.

If you purchased your product from TigerDirect or from the Software- To-Go software distribution system your Product Serial Number will be printed on the front of the CD. It is the all-digit number called the "Software-To-Go Order Number" or "Order Number" on the CD. Please note that it is not the UPC code number 804526002773.

If you purchased a CD/Boxed copy it will either contain a "Software Product Registration Card" or have a "Product Serial Number Sticker" placed on the inside of the box/case. The Registration Card will have the Product Serial Number on the back of the card contained inside the packaging or given to you at time of purchase. (See example)

You must keep a copy of this number in a safe place incase you ever need to re-install the software.

If you do not have a "Software Product Registration Card" or "Software Registration Number Sticker", you must send us (by mail) a copy of your receipt and include the date, price paid, name and full address of the place of purchase.
